Kaushal --
That's a custom STSADM extension written by SharePoint MVP Gary Lapointe (found here:
http://stsadm.blogspot.com/2007/11/set-navigation-settings.html ), its not a STSADM operation available with SharePoint 2007 out of the box. To use this extension, you will have to
create it yourself based on his code example or download it from his website (http://www.thelapointes.com/blog/Lapointe.SharePoint.Automation.zip ), and then install the extension
on your SharePoint server (following the instructions on his website). Once you do that, the STSADM extension should be available for you to use in that SharePoint environment.

Hi John,
Thanks for you reply.
Do you have installion steps? I have posted a comment on SharePoint MVP Gary Lapointe's blog site and awaiting reply.
I have downloaded code files from link you posted in answer. It has folder named "Package" and in that "Release MOSS" with Deploy.bat file. Do I need to execute this file on SharePoint server?
