Hi friends, I have a case here where only one user is not able to edit his profile information in mysite where else everyone else is able to edit their profile information. I have also asked user to delete his mysite and recreate it but this also couldn't solve the problem. Can some one suggest here what should be done? your suggestions are higly appreciated. Thank you. Check user is existing in user profile or not. If not existing then add user like: local account via "Shared Services Administration: SSP1 > User Profile and Properties > View User Profiles > Add User Profile" If user is existing then update his / her email address via edit profile option. off course that could be done..but still isn't the problem can bve solved by GUI mode of edit profile in mysite. I have seen his profile in sharepoint 2007. but again unable to edit the properties. Please suggest something.
