I have set one of my support staff up with an admin user account access to the remote tools operator role however they could still not access. error was - Unable to connect with the current accounts security handshake
the admin user also has rights to the relevant device collection
on checking the ConfigMgr Remote Control Users group on the client PC was empty, after adding the user to this group everything worked OK.
should this group be populated automatically (was I just being impatient)?
If it should be, any thoughts as to why my group wasn't?
