I've got problem installing SCOM Agent, the error is : warning 25362. failed to start HealthService
Then I go checking at the event viewer and there's an error : No certificate could be loaded or created. This Health Service will not be able to communicate with other health services. Look for previous events in the event log for
more detail.
The server is join-domain not a workgroup. any ideas guys ?Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.

Hi
Could you confirm:
- what version of Operations Manager you are using? Is it R2 or SP1?
- what is the operating system of the agent?
- are you trying to push the agent from the console or manually install the agent locally?
- has this server ever had an OpsMgr agent installed previously?
Cheers

I'm using OpsMgr 2007 R2. The OS of the agent is Win 2008 R2 x64.
I've already tried both (from the console and manual) but the result is the same, the service won't start.
Yep, before its install MOM 2005, but I've already uninstall it. Fyi, the SCOM Agent can work last week, but suddenly the servive won't up :(Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi,
Did you try to clear <agent installation path>\Health Service State?
You can also refer to the following thread which discussed a similar issue:

Many thanks for that, just had the same issue and that's definitely the last place where I would have looked at, but it solved the issue :)

Dear All,
I face this issue on a Windows 2008 server.
The SYSTEM has full control access to 'C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18' folder. Still the SCOM service is not coming up. Any help?
Thanks
Santhosh
