web part changes lost
Hi,
I have a weired issue. User tries to change something in web part and when he refresh or close the page changes are lost.
this happens to only one user for other user this works fine. he has full control.

no user is not using presonalize page view...its working fine in staging though not in production for that user only..

If a user is applying changes and not seeing those changes...maybe their browser cache is really aggressive?
If they clear the browser cache do they see the changes?
do other users see the persons changes?
It might be worth it to run a fiddler trace when the user hits OK or APPLY and compare it to another users trace
