when you get the properties of a client machine and look on the General tab I am not sure what all the property values mean. on many of our clients we see agent name [0], [1], [2], etc.... some go up to [9] what does that mean and why so many? same things for agent site, why so many entries? and again for agent time, they go up to 8 or 9 as well on many machines. what does all that mean and why so many entries for each?

ok, I see that but why so many? i see heartbeat discovery on some machine 3 or 4 times. and why Agent Site[1,2,3,4....] ? when its all the same site code? and the agent time shows up 3,4, 9 times....... how come?

This is the Agent Site the discovery method found for the client. Honestly you don't need to worry about the multiple entries this is normal in any site with multiple discovery methods.....
