why does it has to be so difficult to install wss 3.0 i'm trying to update the wss 3.0 on in command prompt using this function: psconfig -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait -force but it get stuck on 3of4 with the error: failed to upgrade sharepoint products and technologies can someone please tell me how to fix this

1. Did you update the files on all servers before running the psconfig? If only one server did you upgrade it then run the psconfig?
