'ALL Users' address list
HI, When i create new email account in my exchange 2010, i am able to see this email account only in my 'all users' address list in outlook client, but not in global address list. any suggestions on this Thanks

you may need to update the global address list.

Hi, From your description, the issue should be Outlook cache mode. When Outlook is on cached mode, offline address book is updated in schedule. If left constantly running, Outlook in cached mode automatically updates the offline address book on the client every 24 hours. The 24-hour time period is measured from the time that the offline address book was last downloaded successfully. Check whether GAL is updated immediately when you use OWA or online mode Outlook.
