'The Exchange server address list service failed to respond. Configuration Error
I transition from a Exchange 2003 to 2007, the only thing I kind of messes up is that I forgot to upgrade the mail policy prior to decommisioning the old exchange 2003 but it was working anyways. I was able to modify and create new accounts. Recently in the past few days I have not been able to modify or create any new mailboxes because it indicates that the "server address list service failed to repond". This is a production server and we currently cant create new users mailbox because of this error, been researching all over the net but had yet to find a good site that helps me fix this. Any direction or assistance will be greatly appreciated before I have to pay for MS support ticket.\ Thanks Amador

Has anyone found a solution to this? I am getting exactly the same error when trying to create a new mailbox or public folder store:The Exchange server address list service failed to respond. This could be because of an address list or email address policy configuration error.I have 3 exchange 2007 servers and 2 exchange 2003 servers, The mailbox role is on windows 2008
