Hi there, We have a lot of room mailboxes. I want the users only be able to book a room to an event by adding the resource via "add room" button (is this direct booking?!). What what I don't what is that the users are able to go directly in the calendar of the room and put a meeting in there. They should only to view the calendar. I tried to remove the rights to create events in the calendar, but then, the other way of booking (add room) don't work any longer.... Cheers, Mav2000ger

The Default permissions on a Room's Calendar should be Reviewer, this will stop users from going to the Calendar and trying to place a meeting on it.
