Hi, one of my customer bought a tablet with windows 8 (not RT). We installed Office 2013 Basic, the same version of the normal pc. Tablet has a main disk of 32 GB and an SSD Card of 64 GB.
We are unable to open a .pst file that is saved on the SSD card with outlook. It says that the file is not a valid outlook file.
We tryed with a backup of a working .pst file, with a new one with everything, but the problem is the same.
If I took one of the not working .pst files and I copy it on the main disk (the one of 32 Gb), Outlook will open it without problem. It's not a size problem since I tryed with a 1 Gb file and with a 300 Kb file. It's not a versione matter since all the pst was created with the same version. It's something related to the SSD.
Any idea please?
Thank you in advance
