Hi,Are you able to receive email in OWA or in Outlook Online mode? Can you explain your Exchange environment and migration if you have done from previous version?Looks like this is more related to OAB. Check below bunch of resources and follow the troubleshooting steps...http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc411331.aspx#http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939765http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2008/10/01/understanding-why-error-code-0x8004010f-is-thrown-when-trying-to-download-an-oab.aspxAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi, From your description, I understand that you are not able to receive message by using OWA and Outlook (Exchange Online/Cached Mode). At this time, please let me know whether the same error 0X8004010F occurs when attempting to Send/Receive email when the Outlook works in Online Mode. If no error code/messageis encountered when Send/Receive email on Outlook Online Mode, please review Message Tracking log to check whether the message is delivered to the mailbox successfully. Please also let me know whether only one user encountered the problem. If only one user encountered the problem, let the user uses another known good Outlook Client to check whether the issue persists. Mike

Hi Please understand that the issue can be caused by two factors: 1. The message delivered to the recipients mailbox but Outlook/OWA fail to access the messages. 2. The message failed to deliver to the recipient mailbox and stuck on the Exchange Server. Therefore, we need to check whether the error 0X8004010F occurs when attempting to receive message or download Offline Address Book (OAB) files. As Amit indicated, most of time, the error 0X8004010F occurs when attempting to download OAB files. Therefore, please have the Outlook works in Online Mode and check whether the error 0X8004010F is still encountered. If the error is not encountered, I think the error 0X8004010F occurs when download OAB files instead of receiving message and it is another issue. Note: You must restart Outlook after clearing Use Cache Exchange Mode option. As the Delivery Report is generated after the recipient received the message, I suspect that the message failed to deliver to the recipient mailbox and it stuck on the Exchange Server. Firstly, some basic information regarding how a message is delivered to recipient mailbox 1. When sender sends a message in Outlook/OWA, Outlook submits the message to mailbox server 2. Then, the mailbox server notify the Hub Transport server in the same AD site there is a new message to deliver 3. The Hub Transport server receives the notification and pick up the message from the senders mailbox from mailbox server 4. The Hub Transport server delivers the message to the recipients mailbox server if the mailbox server is in the same AD site as the Hub Transport server. 5. The recipient receives the message by using Outlook/OWA Therefore, the message may stick on the Hub Transport Server or Mailbox Server when attempting to send email to recipient. Therefore, I suggest you use the Message Tracking and Queue Viewer to check whether message stuck on the Hub Transport Server. Using the Queue Viewer to Manage Queues http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998025.aspx Managing Message Tracking http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124375.aspx In addition, from your description in the previous post (when sent e-mail in OWA, e-mail goes to Draft), I suspect that the message failed to submit to Exchange Hub Transport Server. I suggest you check the Application log on the Mailbox Server to check whether any error/warning is encountered regarding the MSExchangeMailSubmission. You need to ensure that the Microsoft Exchange Mail Submission service has been started. Mike
