0x800CCCDC -User ID command failed
This one has me stummped and I've found little to no information on the error.
This error pops up every minute or two...
--------------------
Your server reported a UID that does not comply with the IMAP standard. This typically indicates a server bug. Your program may not function properly after this.

MsgSeqNum 1604, New UID 17946. Prev UID: 17947, Next UIDL 17949.

Error Code: 0x800CCCDC
--------------------
One user is getting this error and nothing appears to be wrong on the client. The error message points to a possible server error, but the server appears healthy as well. No other users are seeing this problem.
Ideas?
Thanks,
Robert

Hi Robert,
Please remove the IMAP account and create a new one. Then test the issue again.
