2010 In-Place Upgrade
Hello All..........I have a small environment running on Single Exchange 2010 Server with around 700 Mailboxes. Is it possible to do an in-place upgrade?

Hi,
No, in-place upgrades are not possible within the same server installation. You need to deploy one more Windows Server for Exchange 2013. Use the guide: Exchange 2013 Deployment Assistant.
