When we attempt to open a shared file on the server and another staff member already has it open, the Read Only message shows that the file is in use by someone who is no longer with the company.  We close the file - User 1 opens file, it is OK; User 2 attempts to open file and the same Read Only message appears that the file is in use by the person no longer with the company.  Could it be possible that this user's name is somehow embedded in the file?
