My school has a hybrid Exchange / Office 365 deployment and I'm trying to configure the Office 2013 Customization Tool to create Outlook profiles that work for users reguardless of whether their mailbox is on the on-prem Exchange server or in the cloud.
Autodiscover works for users in either situation, but if I try to create an Outlook profile for an Exchange mailbox in the OCT, it forces me to manually enter a server name. If I choose my on-prem exchange server, the O365 accounts will not be found, and vice versa if I try to use on of the O365 servers for my on prem accounts.
I can't find a way to set up the profile but let autodiscover pick the server based on the user's UPN / email address.
Any ideas?
