We converted to MS Office 2013 (Windows 8). When we create new email and type address the contacts does not auto populate. We had to go to contacts and search names/double click/ok. Can you please help. Thank you.

Hi,
Make sure you have enabled Auto-Complete when sending messages.
FILE tab -> Options -> Mail -> Send messages, if Use Auto-Complete List to suggest names when typing in the To, Cc, and Bcc lines is not checked, mark it as checked.
