2 new users cant send email to each other
i have two users who were laid off about 6 months ago and just got hired back as consultants. we already had their user accounts still from before but we deleted their mailboxes to free up space on the mail server. we re enabled their user accounts in AD and created a new mailbox on our exchange server 2007 for each. the problem we are having is both users cannot send to each other but they can send to everyone else in the company and other users can send to them. they both get this undeliverable message below: <!-- /* Font Definitions */ @font-face {font-family:"Cambria Math"; panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic-font-family:roman; mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:-1610611985 1107304683 0 0 159 0;} @font-face {font-family:Tahoma; panose-1:2 11 6 4 3 5 4 4 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic-font-family:swiss; mso-font-pitch:variable; mso-font-signature:1627400839 -2147483648 8 0 66047 0;} @font-face {font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt"; panose-1:2 11 4 3 2 2 2 2 2 4; mso-font-charset:0; mso-generic-font-family:auto; mso-font-pitch:auto; mso-font-signature:3 0 0 0 1 0;} /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-unhide:no; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; margin:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-font-family:"HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt";} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink {mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-unhide:no; color:blue; text-decoration:underline; text-underline:single;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed {mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; color:purple; mso-themecolor:followedhyperlink; text-decoration:underline; text-underline:single;} @page Section1 {size:8.5in 11.0in; margin:1.0in 1.0in 1.0in 1.0in; mso-header-margin:.5in; mso-footer-margin:.5in; mso-paper-source:0;} div.Section1 {page:Section1;} --> From: Microsoft Exchange Sent: Tuesday, September 29, 2009 10:33 AM To: Neal hafers Subject: Undeliverable: test Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists: Neal hafers The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Thank you
