Hello Gurus, 1) I've created an outlook invite series. When I send an update to one individual occurrence, I want to receive acceptances/declines from the participants. But the updates are always sent as ‘you do not have to respond to this update. Your calendar has been updated automatically’. How can I change this? 2) Outlook Distribution list I have created several DLs in my address book. When I use them in an outlook invitation, they always EXPAND. I want them to stay unexpanded, so that I can remove a whole DL from an invite. Thank you very much in advance.Never stop learning

The first one should be solved by a user setting in outlook. Go into options/mail, automatically process meeting request... the second one with expanded DL I dont know, but suspect is by design to outlook can keep track of meeting tracking responces. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com
