Hey guys, I have a CAS array setup and working fine. I would like to install another CAS server outside of the array so that I can test different OWA options. I believe that I have read that I can not install a second CAS array in the same site, but am wondering if I can get away with installing another CAS server? thanks, Kevin

yes you can install another CAS server. just do not add it to array. and if you want you can add it to array later on the hardware load balencer. infact this is how you would add a new array member if you will ... Dhruv

Hi Kevin, thanks for your update and confirmation. Just for your reference, the newly creted CAS server might not be available for Outlook client since the RPCClientAccessServer was binding to the CAS array. Fiona
