Attempts to install Office yield error 30182-1015.

How do In install office from "Setup.x64.en-us_ProfessionalRetail_NKGG6-WBPCC-HXWMY-6DQGJ-CPQVG_act_1_"

Hi theking,

Based on your description, did you try to install Office 2016 Preview but failed with and get the error code:30182-1015?

Did you use any deployment tool to install it? Please post the whole error messages here.

Did you uninstall other version of Office first? If yes, I suppose you didn't uninstall the Office completely. About how to uninstall Office completely please refer to these links.

I removed older version of Office with the "O15CTRRemove.diagcab" tool. I think this is your solution. That didn't help solve the problem.

Hi theking,

Did you use any proxy settings? If yes, then try to disable the proxy server settings and check if it helps.
a. Press Windows key + R key, Run window opens.
b. Type inetcpl.cpl in the open box and click Ok. Internet Options window opens.
c. Then click the Connections tab.
d. Then click the LAN Settings button.
e. Then Uncheck the check box against Use a proxy server for your LAN option.
f. Click apply and then ok.

Could you  provide the specific situation about your issue?
