Anyone find a link for this yet? I have exchange 2007, doing the veritas/backupexec install and I need the 32 bit tools, and then to Sp1 them, would be nice to not download 800 MB twice.

The SP1 download is slipstreamed, unless I've misunderstood your question?

So you can download SP1 32 bit bits, and do a fresh install of the management tools from that? If so, awesome, and thanks.

I built a lab SP1 box straight from the download just the other day, without going via RTM first. Admittedly I didn't install just the management tools as I was building an entire server, but I don't see why that wouldn't work. It's definitely slipstreamed anyway (Windows 2008 support, etc). Go for it.
