3 user contact lists synced to 1 master ?
I am pretty sure this is possible but i just cant find the right key words.. I have 3 executives and 1 admin assistant all on outlook 07 / exchange 03. I have been requested to create 1 master "contact" list where that can "sync" there contact lists in to1 master list for the administrative assistant to use and than update from there. I am assuming some kind of distribution list ?? Any nudge / push in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks david

Issue description: How to Centralize 3 users contact lists to manage in one location? Per my knowledge, theres no feature that can sync contact folder on the exchange natively Workaround: Grant delegator permission of 3 contact folders to admin user, and then admin can manage all contact lists centrally. Or you may search some 3rd party tools as Neil suggested
