550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound after deleting user contact and creating it as mail-enabled user object
hi,my customer previously created mail contacts for another company in their AD for GAL lookup. we recently deleted the mail contacts and created mail-enabled user object, and the LegacyExchangeDN, X500 addresses were also copied to the new objects. when user tried to send a mail to company B user (using online mode) from Outlook, they encounter the following error. I've updated the GAL prior to their tests. what can i check? thanks!

if the ad account is"ismail" then the alias should be the same. you would probably find that if you logged onto OWA with that user you would have to specify the username as domainname\username\aliasMCSE,CCNA,VCP,APP

looks like this was pure replication issue,. it is still resolving the old " IMCEAEX-_O=NT5_ou=187A898FE6C14B478B7ADD32DE0CAF18_cn=7C6E82CF7D6AFD4DAC4DBBA2BEBB652D@abc.com" Legacy DN. Ask user to select name by pulling GAL rather than manually typing in the TO field.
