Hi, Is your Exchange Server with SP1? If not, please upgrade to Exchange 2007 SP1 and install the latest updates firstly. Then test the issue again. Troubleshooting: a) Have you check the client permissions of the PF? Please check if the Anonymous user is added, and has proper permission. It cannot be set to none, Anonymous access has to be granted at least Create item. If the permission is set to anonymous, with create item permission, and still the NDR is happening, please try step b. b)Please test with a new PF to see if we can repro the issue. If we cannot reproduce with a new PF, it will be a good thing to mail disable the PF, make sure the directory object is deleted, and the mail enable it again. Hope this helps. Thanks, Elvis
