Check the event IDs as you are getting poison messages. Poisons messages are When a message causes a crash, the value of the PoisonCount property on the message is incremented. When a messages PoisonCount value reaches the PoisonThreshold associated with the TransportServer settings, that message is removed and placed in the Posion Message Queue. By default, the PoisonThreshold for the Transport Service is set to 2. This threshold can be changed using the Exchange Management Shell.check if some thing really crashing on the server.Raj

Also Please check "EmailAddressPolicyEnabled" if it is set as "True" on mailbox object. If not enabled, Please enable it. Get-mailbox -id <User ID in Question> | fl Emailaddresspolicyenabled Get-mailbox -id <User ID in Question> | Set-mailbox -emailaddresspolicyenabled:$True Hope this helps. Thanks. Hi Raj Someclarityon the issue. Theissuewe are facing when forwarding meeting request form OUTLOOK 2007. In our scenario 90% users on blackberry Enterprise serve. Very few users using only exchange mailbox. When meeting request forward to another user from outlook 2007 The owner of the meeting request getting bounce message. When we tried with only exchange user through outlook its works fine. Also this issue came after we upgraded BES SP7. We log the case with bes as well, but bes Support teamrevertwith the problem not with there server end BES server log shows message transfer to exchange server. Please advice Thanks Mahesh
