ABP on Terminal Server only shows blank address lists
Greetings
I have successfully setup Address Book Policies so that Staff and Students only receive their respective Global Address Books.
These policies work well on all our workstations using Outlook 2010 and OWA, but on a Terminal Session (Server 2003), Outlook 2010 only displays blank/empty Address Lists.
Has anybody had any similar problems or read any article that could point me in the right direction.
Many Thanks
Craig

Hi,
Are you using roaming profile?
How about the issue when outlook is in online mode?
Please try to use test e-mailautoconfiguration and then post the result here.

Thx
When I search the "empty" assigned GAL, users do appear.
The Search option had defaulted to "More columns", when I select the "Name only" radio button, all the correct users appear.
Thank you for assisting me with my basic user error.

Thank you Xiu for replying and showing me this new "e-mail autoconfiguration", I'm sure to use it in future troubleshooting.
The problem turned out to be me, as you can see in the solution.
Thanks again for your assistance.
