ADMT v3.0 Gotcha's
Good morning folks,
I'm about to start a Active Directory consolidation, taking seven Windows Server 2003 Active Directories to a single Windows Server 2008 R2 Active Directory and will be using ADMT v3.0.
I've tested and lab'd the migration roll-forward/back process and all looks straight forward so I think things should work reasonably OK however, I'm looking for advice/comments/experience from anyone who has 'real world' experience of using ADMT v3.0 for
Active Directory consolidations/migrations.
Any comments, observations, gotcha's would be very welcome as although I think I've got every angle covered it's always good to have comments/gotcha's from people who have done this already.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Mac,
Is there anything specific thing you are looking for? Cause you already tested it in the LAB and everything is straight forward.Gulab | MCITP: Exchange 2010-2007 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah | Blog: www.ExchangeRanger.Blogspot.com

As far as my experience is concern I never had any issues with ADMT Tool, Never ever :)
You just need to make sure that you check the AD health in both the forest.

If you're doing a cross-forest migration including moving mailboxes make sure you migrate the SID History as well
Check the guide Xiu provided and the official ADMT documentation
