ADSI Edit for Errors 2937
I am receiving these errors (2937) on an Exchange 2010 SP2 server that was upgraded about 1 year ago. Initially, we received an error that "All Rooms" was empty and needed to be deleted. After we deleted "All Rooms" from the off line address list, we began to receive these errors. SO using ADSI, I found (Configuration -> Organization -> Services -> MS Exchange -> Address List Container -> OfflineAddressBook -> offlineABContainers) a reference still pointing to "All Rooms". However, I don't want to REMOVE this reference because when it's gone using ADSI, it's gone forever. Looking for recommendation or suggestions. Mike, 1st Event 2937: Object [CN=SystemMailbox{C1FD2DF1-0DFC-4381-BD1A-2A50F60A49A9},CN=Microsoft Exchange System Objects,DC=price-law,DC=com]. This value has HomeMTA referring to deleted Objects. To Fix this: On the ADSIEDIT expand the Servers under the Exchange Administrative Group, and copy the DistinguishedName of the "Microsoft MTA"and replace it for the Object SystemMailbox{C1FD2DF1-0DFC-4381-BD1A-2A50F60A49A9},CN=Microsoft Exchange System Objects,DC=price-law,DC=com which will be in your Domain Partition under the Users OU. 2nd Event 2937: Object [CN=Price,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=price-law,DC=com]. Property [ResourceAddressLists] is set to value [price-law.com/Configuration/Deleted Objects/All Rooms DEL:9a80eaa8-0660-43b2-9221-9bf576ce379f], it is pointing to the Deleted Objects container in Active Directory. => On your Exchange Organization "PRICE"the Property [ResoureAddressLists] refers to Deleted Objects. To fix this: Expand Microsoft Exchange -> Price -> Address Lists -> Container ->All Address Lists and copy the distinuguised Name of "All Rooms" and paste it for the Property [ResourecAddressLists] on the Exchange Organization Name which is "Price" The value will be like this: CN=All Rooms,CN=All Address Lists,CN=Address Lists Container,CN=Price,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=price-law,DC=com ______________________________________________________ Pavan ~ ( Exchange Support | 2003/2007/2010) ~Mark this if Useful

Found the following article that describes this exactly as I wrote in my question regarding the offlineABContainers (Configuration -> Organization -> Services -> MS Exchange -> Address List Container -> OfflineAddressBook -> offlineABContainers). For anyone having this issue, please reference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842032 Made the change recommend in the article. If it doesn't work, I will return for other thoughts. Thanks to everyone that replied and hope this helps with others!

After we deleted "All Rooms" from the off line address list, Hi Mike, Any updates? Did you create a OAB(name: All Rooms) which includes the "All Rooms" Address Lists, because of the error("All Rooms" from the offline address list), you deleted the OAB(name: All Rooms) via EMC->Organization Configuration->Mailbox->Offline Address Book? SO using ADSI, I found (Configuration -> Organization -> Services -> MS Exchange -> Address List Container -> OfflineAddressBook -> offlineABContainers) a reference still pointing to "All Rooms". After you navigate to CN= Offline Address Lists, which object(e.g. cn=Default Offline Address Book) did you choose to right click to select offlineABContainers? Or the CN=All Rooms is still showing? Please note a reference which still points to "All Rooms", this "All Rooms" should be a "Address List"(EMC->Organization Configuration->Mailbox->Address Lists), not a OAB. To solve the 2nd 2937 event, please: Adsi->Configuration -> Organization -> Services -> MS Exchange -> CN=organization name->Properties: Check the MSExchResourceAddressLists attribute, if the value points to a Deleted objects, please remove it and copy the DistiguishedName of "All Rooms" Address List to it. (The solution is same as PaVaN's.) Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help. Errors are gone using the above mentioned article, which looks like the following: CN=PriceOffLineAddressBook,CN=Offline Address Lists,CN=Address Lists Container,CN=Price,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=price-law,DC=com offLineABContainers contains reference to: CN=All Rooms\0ADEL:9a80eaa8-0660-43b2-9221-9bf576ce379f,CN=Deleted Objects,CN=Configuration,DC=price-law,DC=com Deleted the All Rooms reference (see above paragraph). Again, thanks.
