Hi

Currently Windows 2012 R2 is not supported on domain controllers in domains where any version of Exchange is installed.   I guess there will be an update soon to rectify this.

Hi,

I agree with steve. From the article that steve provided, we can know Windows Server 2012 R2 is not currently listed as supported Domain Controllers and not currently listed as a supported OS platform for Exchange.

There is no document about when Windows Server 2012 R2 will be listed as a supported OS platform for Exchange. And we are expecting to see an announcement.

Best regards,
Belinda

It's unlikely that you will have any problems with 2012 R2 domain controllers but it hasn't been confirmed as working. I am surprised that this aspect wasn't confirmed before the GA date though.
