AD User Advance Security Problem
Team,
I need help! I have 3 user in AD that is not taking Security settings. This is the issue:
1. Select the user
2. Hit Properties and go to the Security Tap
3. Select Advance
The "Include Inheritable Permission..." option is not check. I check the option and hit apply.
Everything looks good for a while, check all DC and all have the change. but after 30 minutes, the user lost that change! Everything goes back to the original settings. I go back
to the user security settings and the option is not selected.
Any clue what is going on here!

Is the user an admin or in any protected groups? If so it's by design.
The "Send As" right is removed from a user object after you configure the "Send As" right in the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in in Exchange Server
