What action did you do then the error occurs?

And check to see whether you have installed latest update.

Also, start Excel in safe mode to check whether the issue is caused by some add-ins.

How can this be marked as answered when there is no answer.  I am having this issue with Access and I don't know what to do.  I have uninstalled all updates since this issue started and I still crash.
