Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please try resending this message later, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.” But if I type the address manually it will goes and received by the recipient Please help me in solving this issue Thank you very much Fares Atallah

Hi, Kindly check if the user are able to send mail from OWA, then it might be a client related issue, try creating a new profile & check if the same issue is occurring or not.Ripu Daman Mina | MCSE 2003 & MCSA Messaging

Thank you Ripu for answering If you send it from OWA it will be sent successfully but what about Outlook 2007? this happened with many users sent emails from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2003 To summaries my problem, when replying from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2003 using outlook to email address like this “Full Name <email@company.com>” it returns back with a failure message But when writing the email manually it goes and received So is there a solution to let outlook removes the <> before the email address? Or should I continue writing it manually?

Hi, Content in <> could be the real email address. Please check your address list or contact list to see if you have <> typed in email address column in the properties of the contact. You can find more related information from article below: Why are email addresses sometimes in angle-brackets? http://ask-leo.com/why_are_email_addresses_sometimes_in_anglebrackets.html Regards, Xiu

Hi, Please check the properties of contacts from address list/GAL. There we need to check if we have <>included for "Email Address". Regards, Xiu

Hi, Please try to export the contact list and then send to me. Besides, I'd like to know if the issue occur only when they reply/write email to recipient from outside. Have you performed migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007? Regards, Xiu
