You are looking for Journaling. You can configure it to store all inbound and outbound emalis to store in a mailbox or third-party for compliance... hi,an addition to Amit,if you use Exchange Server 2003 you can do this on the Mailbox Store. go to mailbox store properties and on the General Tab click "Archieve all messages sent or received by mailboxes on this store"and then click Browse to select the mailbox which you want to archieve all messages on.regards,Mumin CICEK | Exchange - MVP | www.cozumpark.com | www.mumincicek.com

Hello, just to addition to Amit & Mumin, that do not keep journaling mailbox in the same store - it will cause performance issue for your exchange server.Create a new SG,Create a new MBX and place the journaling mailbox in to that newly created mailbox store.Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

hi,you wont get any problems when you create second Storage group.your performance will be more efficiently...and also it depends on your server' subsystems (CPU,RAM,Disk,NIC) performance, and how many users you have got etc...but I think you wont get any problems...regards,Mumin CICEK | Exchange - MVP | www.cozumpark.com | www.mumincicek.com
