It happened it change automatic the body of the e-mail into this message.The anvirus i'm using Trendmicro client server messaging it has exchange feature. "A policy violated content was detected and removed from the original mail entity. You can safely save or delete this replacement attachment." Please try help me give a solution for this problem Any ideas about how to change this setting? Thanks, Walter

Hi Walt it looks, you have only wrong Message Gelivery(in Global Setting)setting. Try to remember when it starts, what hapended, what you change... Or describe me more (every email? everyones emails?)

I'm having a similar issue. I just upgraded from Trend Micro CSM 3.0 to 3.5 and also upgraded to service pack 2 on the Exchange 2003 server. All attachments in all user mailboxes were removed and replaced with a file named "A policy violated file was detected and removed".

Aha, There is nothing changed like that in SP2 of Exchange server, so it looks like that reason is really inside Trend micro... UnLucky I have notT.M. for take a look..:( I mean it must me somewere in settings of exchange filtering, or attachements filtering, or something like Echange policy setting inside TrendMicro.. or You can contact TrendMicro itself...
