Ability to view last time Visio/Project was last used on Office 365
I want to be able to view the last time a user used Visio/Project. So that after 60 days or so I can disable their license. If anyone could help that would be great.

To my knowledge there is no feature which offers this.
You could ask in the dedicated O365 forums, where the hosted/cloud aspects are more commonly discussed:
