About MS-Outlook 2007

 Hello Guys,

I have some questions, I haven't worked on MS-Outlook for a long time so I have forgotten some of the concepts related to e-mails and outlook.

 My questions are as follows:

Q.1 When we are actually seting up or configuring an e-mail account on MS-Outlook 2007, 1st do we need to make sure that the specific user for whom we are seting up e-mail account on MS-Outlook 2007 on client machine already has e-mail account on the Exchange Server? I mean he should already have mailbox created on MS-Exchange Server ?

Q.2 Can we also use MS-Outlook to create a new e-mail account or we can just create a new profile on MS-Outlook?

Thanks

Email accounts need to exist before they can be configured in an Outlook profile - Outlook doesn't create email accounts - it connects to them via the desired protocol (Exchange, POP3, Imap, EAS/Mapi etc)
