Hi guys and gals, first of all thank you for being here and providing this service.  right down to business, my database is for area managers within the company I work at.  On the main table I have the following:

Point 1 action, Point 1 Logged date, Point 1 Logged With, Point 1 Outstanding action

Point 2 action, Point 2 Logged date, Point 2 Logged With, Point 2 Outstanding action

Point 3 action, Point 3 Logged date, Point 3 Logged With, Point 3 Outstanding action

Point 4 action, Point 4 Logged date, Point 4 Logged With, Point 4 Outstanding action    etc etc etc

I have the query set up to show only those that have the Point $ action is not null.

When it comes to the report itself, I have set up each point as a Header, but now I only want it to print those that actually have something in the action point.
