I need to run a query which has this kind of information:

Division                        Year of Study             Date of Tutorial

History and Politics              UG 1st                           14/11/2014

Law                                   UG 3rd                           25/10/2014

History and Politics             UG 1st                           06/12/2014

Social work                         PhD Research                 11/11/2014

I need a breakdown by division and year of study which shows the number of students who used the services within a particular date range. I've attached the query that I've built but it's not adding up for example how many H&P students who are UG 1st.

Change the Total option in the DateOfTutorial column from Group By to Where.
