Thats a simple question, but I'm afraid a complicated answer. You'd have to get a list of all mailbox permissions, and then sort on the user in question. I'm not sure how to do this in Exchange 2003, but Exchange 2007 you could use the Exchange Management Shell. You can also enable auditing: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/867640
