Unfortunately, I share in this same issue. I maintain a network envirnment of 50+ users. I am running Exchange 2003, Office 2003 Pro and have all XP-Pro PCs...and ONE Vista PC. The Vista PC has a rediculous time trying to open Public Folders (it's running chached mode and downloading public folder favs). When clicking a Public Folder, it takes several minutes (Outlook Not Responding). Any ideas? I, myself, am on Exchange 07 and running Office Ult 2007 on my Vista PC and have NO problems. Something just isn't clicking here?!?

I still haven't been able to get past this. Does anyone out there know of any solutions? The only work-around is using the public folders through OWA...but I want a fix!

I am running Vista with Outlook 2007 and have the same problem. I am trying to figure out if this is a Vista problem or an Outlook problem. At this time using Public folders is worthless, since I get a non-responding system for about 1 minute. I have tried being in the domain or logged in to the PC with no difference. If I try to exit cached mode everything gets so slow that the system is unusable. Does anyone have a solution for this. Other than running Outlook 2003 inavirtual PC running XP.
