I purchased a Home Use copy of Office 2010 and on the inside of the mailer is a note that says:

"To install Office from this DVD, use the 25 character Product Key found in the "Install from a disc" link under the Account Options section on the Office My Account page www.office.com/myaccount".

I can't find the "Account Options" section on that page. Can someone help me?

I am having this same problem. Why do we have to call in? If it directs us to a link, it should be there!!!
