I had a technician working on my computer for about 6months , fixing software issues, hardware , general maintenance of my computers . I had been on a trip and left him with my computer to setup my outlook calendar to sync with my iphone .For what reason ; he said he needed my Microsoft account information    I given him my account information  .He replaced my account information with his own personal information .     Don't recall my password and my account information is not the same .,.   

 What can I do ;

 I paid for Microsoft office;  originally from Dell computer then I upgraded to 2010 Microsoft office .purchased from Microsoft retail online

This has been very stressful and very upsetting

Where did he replace your information with his? Did you try deleting his information and replacing it with yours?
