How can I activate Microsoft Office 2013 with no internet connection/access. We have no internet access andIT will not permit it all so that is not an option.

I saw this page as well, only problem is I don't get the telephone option. It only has internet option. I also called Microsoft help desk and was told that  I could only register via internet, eventhough it states you can activate by telephone. Not sure what they are thinking but in todays world with secured systems,  internet connection are just not allowed.

This is for Office 2013 Home and Business but in Spanish. I finally was able to get a linksys wifi usb and connect to the internet just long enough to activate. I also did notice the telephone option but only when connected to the internet, if I install and attempt to activate without connection the telephone option is not available. I tested this on 6 PC's.
