hi

my KMS host is configured and activating fine. I can activate office 2010/2013 and windows flavors.

I tried to activate MS VISIO 2013 on one of the computer. what I know is MS OFFICE 2013 KMS key can be used for MS VISIO activation.

below is for one specific client I checked it.

I can update license status of one of the client from VAMT.

In VAMT , it is showing as

Office 15, OfficeVisioProR_Grace edition       Retail        Notification     Non Genuine

I tried to install product key which is GVLK key. it showed it updated successfully. however above status is not changed.

so when I tried to activate again by right clicking the client:

the error was :

he Software Licensing Service reported that the license is not installed

it sounds like firewall blocks the kms server between client.
