ActiveSync Hi level of hits
Dear all,
I need your help in order to resolv an hi level of activesync hits found at Exchange Front end server.
User 1 acctually has 27971 hits, like: Ping 13935 and Sync:14029 hist.
I have like other 4 users with similar issues and form time to time I have to restart IIS server on my ExchangeFE in order to restablish the ActiveSync service.
I have open an Microsoft case, and they provide me with ActiveSyncReport.pst in order to trace how many hits I has at ExchangeFE.
They sugest to contact users and check the amount of email they sanc, and after doing so I found that user1 has an Iphone and Ipad, and the hi level of hits comes from the iphone ( IOS version 5.1.1) and has no many email on his inbox an no subfolder
in sync, anly inbox, calendar and contacs in sync.
No aparently what microsoft suggest has nothing to do with this case.
in addition I can see the following errors in Exchange servers:
Exchange FrontEnd : 3005 - 3014 - 3007 all from ActiveSync
Exchange BackEnd: 9646 MSExchangeIS - 1173 MSExchangeIs Mailbox Store.

Hi,
Can I have the case number that you opened with Microsoft? I can probably get the IIS logs from there and see what's wrong.
