Hello, I have been creating mailboxes for my users through my Exchange 2003server's active directory, however the last few times i have been experiencing problems with it. When i create the mailbox it says that it was sucessful but when i look into the users properties they have no email addresses? Is there any reason why this might happen? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Mike, Did you wait for sometime after creating users? Email address will be generated by Recipient Update Service (RUS) when it runs next time. If it doesnt stamp the email address automatically then you can update the RUS manually. Follow below article for more detail about RUS and session How to Manually Update the Recipient Update Service to update it manually.
