Activesync mail not synchronizing
Hello everyone, I have a few users who are having problems with activesync on their mobile devices. 1 iphone, 4 windows mobile and 4 droid devices are generating the following warning events on our exchange server: "An exception occurred and was handled by exchangeactivesync. This may have been caused by an outdated or corrupted exchange activesync device partnership. This can occur if a user tries to modify the same item from multiple computers. If this is the case, Exchange activesync will re-create the partnership with the device. Items will be updated at the next synchronization...." We are running exchange 2007 SP3 on a windows server 2003 r2 x64 w/ SP2. Activesync was working fine for them up until this past week. Since then we've had reports of mail not synchronizing. One user who has an htc thunderbolt (adroid 2.2.1) says his contacts and calendar synchronizes just fine and he can send e-mail from his phone, but hasn't received mail since this past Tuesday. When he logs onto OWA everything is there. I have tried removing the mobile partnership for these devices, rebooted the server, updated to SP 3 today, changed user's windows passwords and had them update their mobile devices, had the htc thunderbolt user remove and re-add his activesync profile from his phone and even tried adding his account onto my HTC hero which works fine with my activesync account. Nothing worked. Has anyone come across a problem like this? If so, is it something on the exchange server side or should I be focusing on the phones themselves. I have also posted this problem on the adroid forum. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hi, Please also post the first lines of the exception message - this will normally say what the Exchange server thinks are the problem. Leif
