Hi Rush, "The Exchange Recipient Administrators role has permissions to modify any Exchange property on an Active Directory user, contact, group, dynamic distribution list, or public folder object." http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996881(EXCHG.80).aspx So if an admin is a member of Recipient admin, most of job he does is in the Recipient Configuration node. Please note: if the admin wants to create users in the EMC, he shoule also be delegated with Account Operator in AD. Otherwises, he can only enable mailboxes. An error message will be appear when he do other things.Frank Wang
