Add Delegate to User Mailbox

Hi,

I have a question,

can I delegate a user mailbox like what we do for the room mailbox.

this is to send the below message to anyone sends meeting request automatically

"Your Request was received and is pending approval

I would ask why don't you just make it as resource mailbox?
